- Open the PDF file using Acrobat Reader (download for free http://get.adobe.com/reader)
- Highlight the text in one of the editable text fields and replace with your desired text.
- Use the Properties Bar pop-up menu to change your font, font color, type size, or adjust the text alignment. Highlight text and use the shortcut below to access the Properties Bar:

- Mac Keyboard Shortcut: Command + E
- Note: Editable text must be highlighted to access the full features of the Properties Bar.
