Posters came bent

I am giving 2 stars because these posters are great for my daycare however I received them all bent from the middle. That is not how posters should come in the mail at all. I tried to email customer service and I received no replies so here I am.

Hello Ismat,

I'm very sorry to hear about your posters. Unfortunately you did not order your posters from us, but from another online seller. Our Customer Care team did reply to you, noting that you needed to follow up with the company you purchased your posters through to take care of the issue with the damage.

We take pride in the quality of our shipping department and had you ordered from us, we would be able to help you. Best of luck to you with your posters, I hope the company you ordered from is willing to replace them.
