is my order's status, and can I track it?

What
confirmation notifications will I receive?
· We send Order Confirmation and Shipment Confirmation
e-mails for every online order.
· Order Confirmation e-mails are sent immediately upon
placing your online order. They confirm we've received your order
and are processing it for shipment.
· You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once
your order ships. E-mails are sent each evening on business days.
This e-mail will include package tracking information for your
order (most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx). Package tracking
information is not available for orders shipped via the USPS (this
affects mainly Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses).
How
long will it take to receive my order?
· With Standard Ground Delivery, orders are generally delivered
within 7-10 business days from the date the order is placed.
· We offer Expedited Delivery. Please see our options below.
