Directions to Get to Print Screen:
Find the certificates on this page by matching the image or T-number of the certificates you purchased.
You can find the T-number of your certificates at the bottom of each certificate.
Once you find your certificates on this page, click on either the icon or the T-number to start.
Once at the Print Screen:
- Make sure that the image background matches
the certificates that you have purchased.

Using your mouse, click on any of the lines on the certificate.
This allows you to type in the person’s name, reason for the award, your signature, and the date.
- If desired, you may choose to change the font, size of the
font, and the location of each text box by utilizing the dropdown
menus and buttons located just below the Certificate image.

You are now ready to print. You may want to load a test page in your printer before using the actual certificates.
Once you are confident that the paper is facing the correct way, load the certificates and print.
- To print click on the purple Print button that is located just
below the Certificate image. IMPORTANT: Do not use your browser's print button located
in the menu bar or the Print command under the File menu. These print methods will not work properly with the Certificate templates. You will have to check the page layout each time you print to make sure the page orientation selected is Landscape.
Note:
Each printer format is slightly different so there is a toggle button in the certificates to allow for layout adjustments.
Environment:
Your browser must support Java to be able to use these templates.
If you do not have the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) loaded on your computer
you will be prompted to download it. These templates comply with JRE 1.4 and later.
If you have removed or disabled Java, you will need to install it or enable it temporarily
to use the Certificate Center.
Disclaimer: Uncontrollable factors such as your computer
platform, browser type and version, browser security settings, network
settings, internet traffic, printer drivers, and other issues can
contribute to undesirable results when trying to use this helper
application.
Therefore TREND provides this helper application for printing your
certificates as is. TREND is not responsible for misprinted or damaged
certificates by using this helper application. By using this helper
application the end-user accepts all responsibility for its output
and uses this helper application at his or her own risk. No guarantee
is implied by the use of this helper application.
